Good job! You are in my neck of the woods (so to speak). I grew up on Long Island. Back in 1990, I took my bicycle to Boston, and rode to New London, and then took the ferry to Orient Point, and rode home to Sag Harbor. I thought I might like to do a virtual walk to Walden Pond in Massachusetts (I am a big Thoreau fan!), but right now I am 'virtually' walking in Russia.

Keep us posted. I am sending you some supplies to keep you going.

Started walking to East Beach RI from Wallingford, CT in December. Total number of miles 68. Just finally finished 10 miles of it. Didn't do much over the holidays as my sons were home on leave from the Army. Well enough with the excuses. Even if the excuses are good ones, they are still excuses! 58 miles to go and counting down!!!!!!!!
