Read daily in German and Spanish (3 plus books this month): I've finished 2 books, and I'm now reading 3 more... all at once! Finished 3 books.
Exercise, Move daily without fail: I've been doing this without a pause; I exercised each day for 30 days.
Mayhem Challenge 3x per week: Doing this too.; actually, I did Mayhem challenges every other day, so I did 15 challenges in 30 days.
Start and Complete 28 day Bootcamp challenge: Haven't skipped a beat. DONE
Bedtime Yoga each night: Back problems keep me from always getting this done, but I've managed most nights to stretch. Still a difficult task, though getting better.
Salute the Sun daily: I missed one day of this, and I don't even know how!
Down to 113.5 lbs by 30 June: Progress! I'm 115.4 on 9 June; 114.6 lbs on 16 June; and by 30 June I was 113.5 lbs!!!!
Additional Yoga to improve back pain: Daily, so far; most days I do this; did lots of this.
23% fat or less of daily caloric intake: Averaging about 19%, though some days are just under 30%; no change here. Ended up averaging about 20%
5 out of 7 meals will be vegetarian: Averaging on mark; I think I'm doing 6 out of 7; 94% of my meals were vegetarian.
Start a knitting project: Not yet!... yikes, I better get the needles out. Started socks.
Update journal daily: Daily; Daily, still; Done
Plan menu five or six days in advance each week, and tweak/update with flexibility: Check; Easy. Dine
Work on German grammar: Yikes, not doing this!!!! Still not, but I'm doing lots of dictionary work with my reading... so... Gave up on this, I'll listen to radio, watch tv and movies, and read/translate articles and novels.
Watch one opera and one ballet: Done: Opera: The Devils of Loudun***; Ballet: Spartacus *****; Did two more operas in this past week: Idomeneo by Mozart ****; and Macbeth by Verdi * and did two more operas (Mitradate Re di Ponto, Mozart **, and Lucio Silla by Mozart, ******) and one more ballet: La Bayadere, ***
That's it so far!
