i'm SO in... i'm actually doing a weight loss competition with some of the girls at work, and i'm the ONLY one who GAINED any weight from the first weigh-in to this past friday's weigh-in. i REALLY need to step it up!!!

Hey Tracy! Ok, if you don't want any weigh in challenges, I added the simple drink 8 waters to the team goals too so we can start simple.

I would love to join you but, 1) I'm having such a hard time getting motivated and 2) I haven't been on the scale since March and don't know if I'm ready to get back on.

I'll think about it because, I really need to make a change.

I did 1.5 miles on the treadmill this morning, a slow pace but, better than nothing!

Five weeks until Christmas. Tough time of year. Lots of goodies. We need to stay focused on our health!

I've added a new team goal to lose 1 pound per week for the next 5 weeks. That's 5 pounds we can lose!

If I set up the team goal properly I think it will track the team's progress.
