My goals are to lose 52 pounds this year, pay off my credit cards, and get some routines at home. Just your standard New Years Resolutions :) The only thing different this year, is that I will accomplish them!

my fist goal is to get my back in shape and the ribs that are bothering me so greatly, especially. Once that is taken care of I can get my back stronger and my weight down where it should be and hopefully be diabetes free.

cardio 30 mins 5 days a week

My goal is to get back on track...been slipping. get out a walk at least 4 times a week. Start putting me first, than can better take care of others if I am healthy.

My goals are to becvome more able to do the things that need to be done and get more sleep by getting to bed earlier, lose the excess weight, become healthy and reverse my diabetes, which I know I can once the fibroadenoma has healed and my stress level gets back to normal. Also to exercise more than just the 30-minutes walking sessions.

There are way too many things that I need to get figured out. I really do not know where to begin and could use help. Some of these are to get rid of candies and soda, be able to plan meals, mindful eating, get rid of a number of fears, get out of a plateau, get back on track with tracking my food, improve with my sleeping, better organization, improve in confidince, reduce the amount of negative thinking, better patince, eat more fruit (usally only at 1 banana a day), have more faith, be able to keep my emails reduced, better prioritizing, increase my imune system, better hygine, remember to write my feelings, work on the 12 step program steps, improve communication skills, imprve in balace, improve posture, contol the tentions, be able to control myself from bingeing, reduce the amount for my credit card and pay off some of my student loan, be able to deal with the goverment better, and keep the depression from occuring.

MAKE GOALS THAT ARE CHALLENGING BUT NOT OUTRAGEOUS!!

MAKE SHORT TERM GOALS and LONG TERM GOALS!

DONT GET DISCOURAGED ABOUT WHAT YOU DIDNT QUITE ACCOMPLISH but FOCUS ON THE THINGS YOU DID ACCOMPLISH!

THERE ARE MANY WAYS TO MEASURE SUCCESS! DONT GET OBSESSED BY THE SCALE! Also take your measurements! Look at the way your clothes fit! How you feel! How your health is improving! These are ALL SUCCESSES!

MAKE GOALS THAT YOU CAN HAVE FUN WITH! WEIGHT LOSS AND EXERCISE TO HAVE TO BE BORING AND HATED!
