DONT GET DISCOURAGED ABOUT WHAT YOU DIDNT QUITE ACCOMPLISH but FOCUS ON THE THINGS YOU DID ACCOMPLISH!
THERE ARE MANY WAYS TO MEASURE SUCCESS! DONT GET OBSESSED BY THE SCALE! Also take your measurements! Look at the way your clothes fit! How you feel! How your health is improving! These are ALL SUCCESSES!
MAKE GOALS THAT YOU CAN HAVE FUN WITH! WEIGHT LOSS AND EXERCISE TO HAVE TO BE BORING AND HATED!
