Okay, that's great. No problem. You did great. We're in the last week of the challenge anyway, and the new one that will start will be posted with all the instructions with it in plenty of time before we start, and will be easier than this one was on the "bookeeping" end. So not to worry!!

Sorry I didn't see your post sooner, I had been laying down, feeling somewhat punky, so just got online now.

I am pretty good at getting and keeping my walking and other exercise going. This posting and even logging my fitness is a new thing for me.
So far this week
I guess we start on Monday?

tuesday min 60 calories 378
wednesday min 60 calories 378
thursday min 90 calories 404

do far min 334 and calories burnt 2243
mostly walking some water jogging and Tai Chi
