For all of us that use Leslie Sansone DVD's, this is what a member of another team that I belong to found out. If I understood them correctly, this member actually contacted the Leslie Sansone people for information on the specifics of her sessions in regards to milage and time, so we would know how to calculate it. They were told that every one of her short walking sessions is equal to a 15-minute mile.
So to be able to add that into your Fitness Tool you would click Add Cardio, then click Browse, then on the pull-down menu, choose Walking/Running, click Browse again, and in that pull-down menu, click Walk A 15 Minute Mile. In the box where it says How Long enter 15 for every 1 Mile session you do of hers. If it's one of her jogging, etc, sessions, you would take that into consideration by choosing 15 minutes in that particular activity. Click Add Exercise and it should enter those totals into your daily Fitness Tool. I hope this helps anyone that had questions about calculating it.
