Water was fine
Calories are close I'm sure
Sodium fine
no exercise

November 14th--Still over on the calories
Still too much sodium (but getting better)
Just fine with the water--
Plenty of exercise and calories burned to handle the calories (I hope)

November 13th--
Not a banner day for eating--I like pepperjack cheese too much--as in WAY too much. I stayed within the spark range of calories, but not my range which is less (1200-1600)
Sodium: Still too high, but better than yesterday
Water: Ducky (as in I had more than enough)

I got in enough exercise to burn off the cheese--or at least, most of it. SHouldn't be a problem.

Calories--in range (1400)
Sodium: Pretty high (over 4000 yikes)
Water: I am floating away--I drink a lot of water when I exercise. I've had way more than 8 cups already and I still have more exercise to do.

Edit add: I got really hungry after that exercise so I added some more calories (snack) to make sure my blood sugar would be stable over night and I had about a quart of water. I'll be up doing "you know what" all night.
