Not a banner day for eating--I like pepperjack cheese too much--as in WAY too much. I stayed within the spark range of calories, but not my range which is less (1200-1600)
Sodium: Still too high, but better than yesterday
Water: Ducky (as in I had more than enough)
I got in enough exercise to burn off the cheese--or at least, most of it. SHouldn't be a problem.
