I figured it had been a year since I have bothered to post any work out ideas I thought it was time to get some stuff posted...
Today's work out is the 5,4,3,2,1
It's a short but intense work out... this work out will last 10 minutes of continuous circuits Take only short breaks between exercises to maintain proper form. keep track of how many circuits you complete and try to beat that number the next time you do this.
1. Alternating reverse lunges (5 reps) 2. Mountain Climbers (4 reps) 3. Roll up T pushups (3 reps) 4. Burpees (2 reps) 5. Pull ups (1 rep)
As always if you have any questions or need suggestions for substitutions please let me know. Just as long as you are working the same muscle groups.. any exercise will do and you can also modify them to suit your level of fitness.
