great challenge!! I am in the Walk Kansas Program through my county extension office. With this program they ask you to keep track of fruits and vegetables each day. Also Whole grains eaten. then you also track minutes walked daily.
This program keeps me motivated for a short time. Wish it ran all year long.
Keep on moving!!!

Challenge: for the next two weeks, get 8 hours of sleep each night, drink 8 cups of water each day, eat 2 - 3 fruits and 3 - 5 veggies each day. I bet you feel better by the end of the month!
