I did 30 minutes of Cage Fitness yesterday and today. Major workout!

1st goal 255# MET 2/20/12 (Update: Met this goal but now have gained the weight back so it is now a goal once again)
2nd goal 205#
3rd goal 155#

Yesterday and today, I dragged tree limbs to the burn pile so easily got my ten minutes or more in for exercise. The cats 'helped'. They chased the ends of the branches. Storms mean yard work = exercise.

I spent a total of 7 hours washing walls, baseboards and outside of all kitchen cabinets (four rooms) yesterday so am sore but that's a lot of calories burnt. I am selling my house in town, so getting it in order to list it. Four bedrooms priced to sell at $29,000! Moved to a much smaller house. Remodeling also is a lot of exercise. Through in all the housework etc a woman does... very busy few days. Glad half of Sunday is in church so I can stay sitting!

Hi all!
I am new to the club! I need some support. I have not been good on the exercising situation at all. I hope to start doing 10 minutes a day of exercising. I have the time since I don't work. I am trying to get on disability. I have Multiple Sclerosis.
I am looking for a spark buddy if anybody is interested in having one.
