It is NOT a vegan plan but many of the recipes are vegan. The vegetarian recipes are easily converted to vegan recipes with a few switches and swaps. For example, swap to the milk of your preference if the recipe calls for milk but some recipes already suggest hemp milk. As a vegetarian, I'm excited to see a 7 Day Meal Plan that is vegetarian! I'm happy to find new and tempting menu ideas. Hooray! I recently saw a meal plan that said just eat anything that flies or swims, or is green!!!! I am a vegetarian and the VT menu plan is vegetarian and the only swaps I need to make are swaps because I don't like a particular fruit or I prefer a different veggie. No Fish! No chicken! It is Vegetarian Times and the food is all vegetarian. Lots of it is vegan.
