Just found this thread - what a wonderful blog! I found a recipe for carrot cake oatmeal - basically a lovely porridge made with grated carrots mixed in - what a great idea! I'm going to follow her blog now.

Omg this blog should come with a giant warning sticker lol. Ok i have got to try some of these recipes. Yes i was drooling an geeze lol im trying to loose weight here i wasnt hungry get the wasnt part lol till i fell into the curiosty trap yikes now im starving. But on a seriouse note yes this is a awsome blog she is very real and it shows. Gonna try some of these for sure

This is my favorite vegan blog. I tell everyone about it. When I was first transitioning to vegan a few months ago her blog was one resource that showed I really could live this lifestyle without too much trouble. Her recipes are great and most are relatively easy. Plus, she has a fun writing style so her blog is really entertaining as well.
this is THE best vegan cooking blog out there. My entire Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners came from her recipes. She makes amazing food with easy to find ingredients and doesn't use soy. LOVE IT!! She even replies to emails you send her with questions.
