I did 20 min of fast walk yesterday. The things I have to work on are
-Don't eat while working/reading on computer or watching TV
-Drink more water
-watch my portion size
-write regular journal of my daily intake
I hope I will master these things in baby steps!

It's raining here... and it's March break... I feel like cocooning, not exercising. I have a gym membership collecting dust... I think it's time to meet with a trainer!

I have not lost anything yet. but have already started to watching my diet.
I need to motivate myself for exercise.

I am also looking to lose 1 lb per week until I reach my goal. I don't log my food, because I eat really well, but I do aim for 20-60 minutes of exercise every day.

I am starting today, goal is to loss 1 lb/week. and keeping diary of what i ate. 10 min of exercise every day
