THis is great.
It's difficult to find ideas when you eat mostly vegan plus i have no blender .
Tofu, gluten powder are practically nowhere to find on that beautiful island, so i tried home made tofu last week , it turned out to be tasty. I'm gonna try whiped coconut cream, but first i'l have to buy proper tools to do so
Lots of recipes have edamame, tempeh, veganaise, and vegan sausages, things i can't find here.

So i've registered and took a lot of recipes or they inspired me to make my own meal plan .I'm looking forward to try them, as it won't cost me too much.
FOr example,(sorry i have to share, because this is really fun to do)
We eat the same at lunch and in the evening
TOmorrow is not a meal from the meal planner
salad dressing that taste a bit like roquefort (it's a french cheese) (In fact it's the bitterness of the salad combined with this salad dressing that makes it taste like roquefort)
kidney beans patties
rice with chinese cabbage, olive and polish tomatoes
home made tortillas with spicy lentils in tomatoe sauce
and so on for two weeks.
