well it does not make any difference whose challenge it was. I was successful in runningjo's 10 in 10 but today I was exactly the same as last week, Just 187.8.
Exactly the same, not more , not less and I am now on the 'spring' challenge so I must tweek my diet a little to go down more next week, but now that I have started building my own SparkPage I cannot find where to register todays weight. sorry. emoticon

I am following Dr Esselstyn's book to Reverse Heart Disease.
My goal is to get one pound slimmer every week until I reach 140, and then stay there forever, healthy.


I notice that my weight always comes up as Kg but believe me, I never weighed 210 Kg LOL It should be reading pounds (that is what my scale says), and I cannot seem to change it so wanted you to know. LOL

Well, the 10 weeks is finally here.

SW=129.8
EW=122.4

Goal=115.0

I went down 7.4 lbs. in 10 weeks. There was the recent trip to Kentucky, out to dinner with friends, so I got through it all. Of course there were frustrations along the way, namely the blow up with hubby about me being vegetarian.

I was hoping for the 10 lbs. but I am happy with what I got accomplished. I am 10 lbs. down since I saw my ENDO doctor, and I see him again this Friday, so hope that he is pleased, even tho it probably messed up my lab work for my thyroid.

I liked this challenge.

WOW!!! I dont' believe it, but my SW was 235.4 and I weighed myself this morning in at 225.6... I guess you could say I DID IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And I can tell you that at least half of those weeks were foobarred by illnesses, injury and tooth issues, procrastination, and more!

THANK YOU for doing this... I didn't think I was going to make it, but I managed to do it!!! I have tears in my eyes right now... For the first time in a long time I succeeded at something... :-)

Well, it's been 10 weeks since we started this challenge. How did everyone do? Who actually did it? Not me, my total lost was 6.2 pounds. Not too bad. I hope that I can get back up to loosing a pound a week though. Let's get going on the Spring into Shape challenge.
