I saw that there is a new 12-week Spring challenge that starts on Sunday. Would everyone just rather do that challenge instead of starting another 10 in 10 challenge on Monday or should we have both?

I was in Kentucky last weekend, and it was also hard to be vegan. The first night I had asparagus and rice. I am sure it had butter. The conference had vegetarian dishes, so that was okay. Going out to eat was difficult. At Chilis I had the veggie burger and had the corn on the cob instead of the fries. I did really well, but still gained a few lbs., but they are coming off quickly. Guess it was not having the water like I was use to drinking. I think the salt content of the food I ate didn't help either. I did a survey of the hotel and mentioned about their menu.

Hello everyone, I'm back from Mexico. It was very difficult to stay on my vegan diet while on vacation. I did pretty good (definitely not perfect, who knows what those beans and tortillas had in them) until the last day. We went to lunch with some old friends and the restaurant they took us to did not have a single dish without cheese or meat, so I ended up eating grilled salmon with veggies and rice, not too bad, but it is the first time I've knowingly eaten an animal product in over 6 months. I'm sure I also accidentally had butter and lard in some of the other things I ate, but overall I think I did really well. I was actually down a little bit to 145.8 this morning, probably because I had to eat so many salads. I hope I can somehow not mess up this weekend (always my downfall) and end with loosing at least 8 in 10. Oh, and I'm definitely in for starting over next Monday! Now I have to get back to exercising!

It was a very disappointing week for me. Last week I went to Kentucky (14 hours in the car!) Even tho the ClickerExpo had vegetarian food, not much of a selection though. I walked the stairs anytime we went to our room instead of the elevator. I had alot more steps than I was doing at home. The one thing tho is that my water consumption was very poor.

So last Thursday when I left, I weighed 121, and now today I was 125.0. It's depressing. I did do drink up the water last night when I got home. I didn't even eat crazy or anything. I turned down the cakes and other desserts. I really had the feeling that when I got onto the scales this morning I either was going to have lost or stayed the same. ugh. I see my Endo April 2nd, so hoping that I have lost enough for him to notice.

I want to be in the next challenge too! I wanna lose 10 pounds in 10! Do we start all over again next Monday? Count me in!!!

I'm with Soquiet - would like to part of LOSING TEN IN TEN if it's going to happen again. (10 pounds in ten weeks, right? This is just my speed, on a good week, anyhow!!)

I haven't been a part of this challenge (congratulations to all), but wanted to ask if there will be a new challenge to "lose 10 in 10" following the wrap-up of this one.

Would love to be a part of a new "Vegetarians Losing 10 in 10" challenge if so.
