I have now lost 6.6 lbs. Next week and then the final weigh it on the 29th. This weekend we had company, so we ate out to eat. That is always stressful for me. We went to see a movie. They ate popcorn, I ate a pickle, LOL I jumped from 123.00 from Friday to 125.0 on Sunday. Then I dropped by today. If I hadn't I would have been so depressed today. Hubby left for a business trip yesterday, and our company left. The house was so quiet, that I just wanted to eat.
For a month I stayed in the 124's. ugh.
I think that after we get done with our 10 weeks, we should do it again. This has helped me. I am so hard on myself when I gain that when I see that I am not the only one who has these up and downs during the week.
