I just noticed this thread, I have lost 9 lbs since going Vegan on March 1 I might make it to 10 lbs this month.
I can't change my past, but I can change my future!
Down 0.6 lbs. I am losing it slowly but sureley. I think I need to lose a little over 5 lbs in the next two weeks to make 10 in 10. I am so HAPPY to be losing 5 in 10. I agree let's do it again. It has been great having the added support.
Yes, there are 2 more weeks until the end of 10 weeks. So, basically I need to loose almost 6 pounds in two weeks, one of which is my vacation. No problem. LOL.
well as someone pointed out before would should go to week 11 since we started on week 1 as our starting weight.
I have now lost 6.6 lbs. Next week and then the final weigh it on the 29th. This weekend we had company, so we ate out to eat. That is always stressful for me. We went to see a movie. They ate popcorn, I ate a pickle, LOL I jumped from 123.00 from Friday to 125.0 on Sunday. Then I dropped by today. If I hadn't I would have been so depressed today. Hubby left for a business trip yesterday, and our company left. The house was so quiet, that I just wanted to eat.
For a month I stayed in the 124's. ugh.
I think that after we get done with our 10 weeks, we should do it again. This has helped me. I am so hard on myself when I gain that when I see that I am not the only one who has these up and downs during the week.

W8 - 228.8 (same as 2 weeks ago!)
W9 - 229.0
I have 4 lbs to get rid of this week to make the 10 in 10.... but you know what, I have gotten 6 lbs lighter, so I am pleased with that...

Well, I didn't eat out at all this weekend, but I still managed to mess up my weigh-in this morning. I ate a whole Amy's roasted veggie pizza (no cheese) for lunch yesterday. Then, I was being pretty good for dinner until my husband decided he was going to have some Oreos for dessert. I just couldn't resist and ended up eating too many oreos. What is it with me and weekends? I was at 146 for the last 4 days, but this morning I'm back up to 148.6. Oh well, at least I'm still down a little from last week.
Also, I wanted to let everyone know that I'm not going to be around next week. I get to go on vacation! Yay. So someone else will have to start the thread. We still have next Monday and the following one to get to 10 full weeks since starting. Good luck everyone. Hopefully, I won't gain too much on vacation.
