Well, I guess I'm starting the thread again this week. I realized that this is really not week 7, but week 6. We got off because the first week when we all posted our starting weights was called week 1, but if we are really trying to loose 10 pounds in 10 weeks, we are really only 6 weeks into the challenge. Does that make sense to anyone?
Anyway, as expected I blew it yesterday, so I officially didn't loose anything this week, but I was below 150 all week last week and even hit 148 a couple days. I hope I get back down this week.
