Oh yes, Juliet, I am still in and I think there are still lots more. I forgot I should have put in my new weight before I started this answere but as of this am I am 191.6 lbs, I think my tracker says KG still and I noticed on one page it was way up in the 400's. Have no idea where that came from, do you?
I am following Dr Esselstyn's book to Reverse Heart Disease. My goal is to get one pound slimmer every week until I reach 140, and then stay there forever, healthy.
I notice that my weight always comes up as Kg but believe me, I never weighed 210 Kg LOL It should be reading pounds (that is what my scale says), and I cannot seem to change it so wanted you to know. LOL
Grammatdq - This is supposed to be a thread for people who are doing a challenge started by Running Jo to drop 10 pounds in 10 weeks which started Monday, January 18.
I guess that would make the ending date March 29. RunningJo hasn't been around as much anymore, but a few of us have kept up with it and each week someone starts a new thread for people to post how their week went. RunningJo had wanted people to weigh in and post on Mondays, but people seem to post whenever they weigh in for the week.
My husband and I took a trip to Prague for our anniversary, then when we got back, I was hating the number on the scale, so I just stayed away. But now it's going back down again, so I figured I'd sign on and celebrate, lol. I know that's not how we're supposed to treat this site, but I figured a short break didn't hurt anyone. Especially because I was still eating right(ish).
But it's so amazing to be in the 120s! I don't see it when I look in the mirror though. I think it's because while I've been eating right, my exercise hasn't been so great this past week because I had bronchitis, so the weight loss wasn't necessarily healthy weight loss.
I am so excited I just had to post early. I FINALLY broke into the 140s. Yay. I was at 149.2 yesterday and 148.2 today. WHOOOPEE! I hope I can stay focused until the official weigh-in on Monday. The weekend always kills me. But at least now I've been under 150 for 2 days in a row. So happy! I hope it doesn't take me as long to get through the 140s!
Okay. So it wasn't as bad as I thought. I am only up .6 lbs. So at least it wasn't a whole lb. This weeks goal is to regain control of my urge to snack in the middle of the night. That's what happened this week.

Thankyou for doing this/ It seemed to mr that for all the working out i was doing it was not working but i was back to 206 lbs after Christmas and now am 194 lbs/ That means that I made it!!!!! thankyou //
I haven't been able to exercise at all lately myself. My husband donated a kidney to his sister last week so I am basically a single mom (that is in school too) while he recovers. Needless to say things have been hectic in our household and will continue to be for the next month.

Well, I stayed at 124.6, but that is okay. I had gained less than a lb. so then lost it again. I just need to up the exercise part. It's been so cold and I haven't been walking. Have been going to the gym though. Suppose to be getting snow again tomorrow.
