I just started this diet 1 wk ago. Its these homeopathic drops called HCG Platinum. Basically u have to go on a VLCD (very low calorie diet) 500 cal a day. it sucks,but ive lost 5 lbs so far this week. woohoo! ur supposed to do it for 42 days, gradually increasing ur calories starting on day 23. But if I do that, I'll become under weight. So, Im goin for 10 more lbs!

okay, math got a little weird there for a second, so i'll do a quick correction:

1706.6 - 15 = 1691.6
then
1691.6 - 10 = 1681.6

By the way, i took a peek down, and yes, the goal is to subtract yours from the total. if you actually gained, then don't add instead--this is just a fun way to see if as a group we continue trying to lose, even when we've gained, instead of giving up. i don't think there're 21 people contributing to this, which if we did the adding thing to make it more correct, would mean that we all would have to LOSE 100 pounds or so to make it to zero here, which just wouldn't happen.

sorry so confusing, guess it always sounded better in my head when i wrote out the directions that way.
