I have been doing okay so far this week. Funny how there are always things more important that seem to get in the way. But I vow to MAKE the time for this challenge and keep things from getting in the way.

Since the Fitness Tool does Sunday - Saturday, it would probably be easiest to track it that way. You'll be able to see your total minutes at a glance and know whether or not you need to get more minutes. Thanks everyone for participating! It's a good thing to do.
I got 210 min on Sunday, only 160 today. I get a lot on my weekends off because I can visit my Mom who lives along the river valley with miles and miles of paved and unpaved trails to go on, its lots of fun along with great scenery. As a bonus she is within walking distance of a pool so I get an hour of aqua aerobics in as well. I LOVE WEEKENDS!!!

I challenge everyone to get a minimum of 210 workout minutes each week. It doesn't matter how many minutes you do each day as long as you do something to get moving. Try 15 minutes one day, 45 minutes the next, whatever fits in your schedule. I guarantee that you'll blow the challenge away. Good luck!
