I have been doing okay so far this week. Funny how there are always things more important that seem to get in the way. But I vow to MAKE the time for this challenge and keep things from getting in the way.

Totally didn't make it last week. My new medication has my whole body feeling sore, which is not good for walking up and down hills. Going to try to do it this week.

Since the Fitness Tool does Sunday - Saturday, it would probably be easiest to track it that way. You'll be able to see your total minutes at a glance and know whether or not you need to get more minutes. Thanks everyone for participating! It's a good thing to do.

Though I only started yesterday, I want to log in my 30 minutes from yesterday....

30 minutes down, at least 75 more minutes to go! (I figured I would half it this week since I just started on Wednesday!)

How is everyone else doing? Does anyone care if we go Monday through Sunday... Sunday through Saturday? Or are we all just kind of doing our own thing?

I made 225 by Saturday (helped that we were at an amusement park for many hours the previous Sunday). I've started off with 30 minutes this week. :)

I got 210 min on Sunday, only 160 today. I get a lot on my weekends off because I can visit my Mom who lives along the river valley with miles and miles of paved and unpaved trails to go on, its lots of fun along with great scenery. As a bonus she is within walking distance of a pool so I get an hour of aqua aerobics in as well. I LOVE WEEKENDS!!!

When one door closes, I simply look for another to kick down! Starting over isn't a crime, its Life!

DALORESL was correct in saying an average of 30 minutes a day. Our schedules can get hectic and sometimes we can only do 15 or 20. So, as long as it evens out through the week, you're good to go.

I challenge everyone to get a minimum of 210 workout minutes each week. It doesn't matter how many minutes you do each day as long as you do something to get moving. Try 15 minutes one day, 45 minutes the next, whatever fits in your schedule. I guarantee that you'll blow the challenge away. Good luck!
