I don't know about using it. I had a jar in my fridge for less than 2 months that suddenly went blue. It still smelled just fine and was the same consistency with a little mold spot.

Veganaise is a brand of mayonaise substitute. There are is also Nayonaise. You should be able to find either one at your local health food store.

What exactly is Veganaise? I'm pretty new to the lifestyle, and I need as much info as I can get!

Thanks

If it looks and smells good, I'd still use it.

I have a jar of Veganaise that I've had probably for 3 or so months; it's been in the fridge and looks and smells fine....

Can I still use it? I sort of forgot that I had it but now I need it. I really don't want to buy an entire new jar.

Thanks!
