This weeks goals are;
1)drink at least 8 glasses of water a day
2)add steamed veggies to at least 1 meal a day
3)get at least 15 minutes of exercise a day, even the days that are not my workout days
My goals for this week are:
1. Reach my protein goal each day.
2. Drink at least 8 cups of water per day.
3. Do my PT exercises at least 5 days per week.
My goals this week are:
1. Eat at least 5 fruits/veggies every day
2. Drink at least 8 cups of water a day
3. Exercise at least 20 minutes 6 days this week
