I just added some goals for our team. They are very simple ones: 500 fitness minutes per month and 500 SparkPoints per month. Why these two? Because striving for these goals keeps us active physically and involved here on SparkPeople (using trackers, reading articles, posting messages) - two big factors that help us succeed on this healthy-living journey.
I find that I forget to track special team goals (on the "other goals" page), so these are goals that you don't have to do anything special to track - just use the fitness tracker and rack up SparkPoints like you usually would. To join the team goals, scroll to the bottom of the team page and click "Join goal." Then just keep on Sparkin'!
