Working on loosing the flab off my buns & thighs to hopefully get them last 5 lbs off for good. I have started JM Killer Buns & Thighs workout, but it's been a rough past 3 wks. Thought I was ready for this workout, boy was I wrong. LOL I am on week 4 of level 1 and hoping after this wk I get to move on...... Don't get me wrong I do love this workout it's just a little more difficult than what I expected. I can however already see the muscle definition in my thighs & can tell my buns are starting to get lifted... so bring it!!!!!
