Loose the last 2 kg and continue Body Revolution.
New to this team :)
Training for second marathon in September, so run 4 days per week, elliptical 1 day per week, JM-NMTZ 3 times per week, and Yoga for Runners Intermediate DVD 1 to 2 days per week.
Also working hard to lose get down to about 115 pounds, so roughly 11 pounds to lose total, hope to see a few of those go bye-bye in July.

Stick to the JMBR Phase 1 schedule and lose 10-15 pounds.
Daily Goal: Eat well!
Weekly Goal: Exercise everyday!
Monthly Goal: Lose 10 pounds!
Burn 3750 cals a week and stay on top of my nutrition.
Continue marathon training, hone in my nutrition and keep building muscle!

Working on loosing the flab off my buns & thighs to hopefully get them last 5 lbs off for good. I have started JM Killer Buns & Thighs workout, but it's been a rough past 3 wks. Thought I was ready for this workout, boy was I wrong. LOL
I am on week 4 of level 1 and hoping after this wk I get to move on...... Don't get me wrong I do love this workout it's just a little more difficult than what I expected. I can however already see the muscle definition in my thighs & can tell my buns are starting to get lifted... so bring it!!!!!
