like sokkernuit, I never followed the diet but I did try a few recipes and they were actually pretty good. I do try to get coconut milk whenever I see it, she used that a couple of times in her recipes, and I beleive she is a big fan of coconut milk. But thats about all I got from the recipes book. It is hard for me to get all the ingredients she askes for but some of the stuff are simple enough!
