like sokkernuit, I never followed the diet but I did try a few recipes and they were actually pretty good. I do try to get coconut milk whenever I see it, she used that a couple of times in her recipes, and I beleive she is a big fan of coconut milk. But thats about all I got from the recipes book. It is hard for me to get all the ingredients she askes for but some of the stuff are simple enough!

I have never followed her diets. Though when I used to pay for her online program and before I canceled I printed of all the receipes (which were already in all her books I have), I did try a few here and there and they were pretty good. BUT she prefers all natural organic (which is great for everyone) BUT it is expensive. Just my two cents.
