I have never heard of this tea. I will have to watch the podcast. Thanks.

I tried it it worked for me the taste is not bad just follow her directions and you'll be fine. You can buy distilled water (no brand name) at Jewel, Dominick any grocery store even Walgreen's. As long as you don't mind going to the washroom all day then your good.

Here is the recipe:

60 ounces distilled water

1 Tb sugar-free cranberry juice

1 dandelion root tea bag

2 Tb lemon juice

Steep tea, add cranberry and lemon juice, and refrigerate. Drink this each day (60 oz/day) for seven days.

She talks about the drink on this video:

I haven't tried it yet. Next time I go to our local food co-op I'm going to look for dandelion tea. I love tea, so I'll probably like the taste just fine. Wonder whether it really helps with water weight. I've found that just drinking a LOT of water helps quite a bit :)

Yes she did say normal tap water was fine.

You can probably find dandelion tea online. I know amazon has it.

Making little improvements every day. Loving the lifestyle change.

If I can even find dandelion tea to make it, I'll probably use normal tap water instead of distilled. I think she said that was OK too.

I heard it tasted terrible - from Jillians show. Have never tried it myself. Also the distilled water is something you do not want to normally drink but it is okay for a week or two. I believe it was from the 4/19/09 radio show if you wanted to go back and listen to it. I listen online and you can always go back and listen to prior shows.

A few months back on her Podcast, Jillian mentioned some kind of diluted tea/juice mixture that really helped with water weight. Something like dandelion tea? Anyone remember what that was? I'm thinking it might be interesting to try.
