Did the "5 mile Fat Burning Walk w/Leslie Sansone, plus walked my dog twice. You get standing ab workouts with LS and I also do stuff during the day when I watch the tv. I easily get 30 mins of abs in a day. I just spred it out over the whole day.
Your challenge today is to DO AT LEAST 3 CORE EXERCISES (with 2 reps each). Your core muscles are you trunk or mid-section. Great ways to work these areas are:
*Use a stability ball *Use equipment at the gym that target these zones *Do a class or exercise DVD that focuses on your core
