Did the "5 mile Fat Burning Walk w/Leslie Sansone, plus walked my dog twice. You get standing ab workouts with LS and I also do stuff during the day when I watch the tv. I easily get 30 mins of abs in a day. I just spred it out over the whole day.
If you’re going to be able to look back on something and laugh about it, you might as well laugh about it now.
Not sure but I did the bike for an hour and walking for an hour.

Your challenge today is to DO AT LEAST 3 CORE EXERCISES (with 2 reps each). Your core muscles are you trunk or mid-section. Great ways to work these areas are:
*Use a stability ball
*Use equipment at the gym that target these zones
*Do a class or exercise DVD that focuses on your core
