Your challenge today is to DO AT LEAST 3 CORE EXERCISES (with 2 reps each). Your core muscles are you trunk or mid-section. Great ways to work these areas are:
*Use a stability ball
*Use equipment at the gym that target these zones
*Do a class or exercise DVD that focuses on your core
