My goal is to get down to 145 and maintain that weight. My blood sugar has been much lower and my IBS has improved since I started this journey to a healthy lifestyle. It only makes sense that I stay with this plan of healthier eating and exercise.

My resolution didn't get started until I joined SP in February. It is still the same as always: Lose the weight as per doctor's orders and get my diabetes under control. Now I believe that I really can!

I don't generally make resolutions, just set goals; drink enough water, exercise regularly, avoid becoming stressed out, and eat correctly. Since I found some answers in April of 2012, my gut has become more friendly, but once in a while I forget and put stuff in it that shouldn't be there. But I am aware of my limits now and am keeping on keeping on.
My resolutions are to be more present in the moment, stop living in the past or future. I want to also really work on me, both physically and mentally. So that I can be a better person for myself and for my love ones.

Mine is to continue doing what I'm doing, BUT being faithful about exercise and putting it down as an appointment if I have to in order to fit it in. ....People will have to understand I have an appointment to go to!! To somehow get organized like I once was. My M-I-L broke her hip and is in the hospital - coming and going, living at the hospital things just seem to be all over the place!!! Glad you came up with this early!! Thanks Linda
