Okay time to bump our team up and get some excitement in our clean eating.
Last month some of us renewed our affirmation to clean eating and some new members recently discovered clean living.
So now it is time to step it up a notch. By now most of you have CLEANED out your kitchen cupboards and they are stocked with whole grains and produce.
I want you to think about you want to achieve this month, make one goal. It could be as simple as drinking 8 glasses of water daily, or getting to bed by 11pm.
1. make a personal goal
2. if you haven't gotten totally clean I want you to give up for one week at a time the one food or drink that is holding you back, such as that diet coke that calls your name after you get off work.
3. I want you to rediscover wholesome clean foods. There are so many choices out there so I want you to pick something new you have not tried or want to rediscover and create a recipe on how to prepare it. It could be something as simple as your version of brown rice, a granola or cookie recipe.
4. Exercise 30 min a day or 10,000 steps.
