Breakfast: Jack Sprat's No Fat Sprouted Grain Bread Toasted with Organic Crunchy Peanut Butter on Top. (just plain peanuts, no sugar or high fructose corn syrup there). Mid Morning: Garden Wrap with Turkey Breast and No Fat Greek Yogurt and Sprouts. Lunch: Chicken Breast and a 1/2 bag of frozen green beans. After Lunch: Same as lunch.

Wow Loren!! I've never been as organized as you are about, ANYTHING!!! If you can be that specific and scientific consistently... you are bound for WAY more success!! Good Luck girl, the first thing that I have noticed about Eating Clean, is that I just plain feel better, and I'm not hungry or shaky... the 6 meal thing is key... I love that part! Pack that cooler and stay strong
that was my first post, i just joined yesterday... and I have the same weight goal as you ;-) my frig is so bare, today i think i am gonna have to throw in an old apple, cheese stik, almonds sugar snap peas and green tea... i better lose those last ten lbs!!
my favorite easy thing to throw in the cooler is : 1 whole wheat wrap, spread with Natural Nut Butter (almond is fave) 1 banana, any berries you have on hand, half a sliced apple is good too sprinkle flax seed (tablespoon if you can) roll up in saran wrap add a pear, green tea bag in thermos of water and Go!
