My April Challenge will be to not fall off the wagon if I have a "cheat meal" once a week. I think I find the "cheat meal or day" is not worth it and usually a big disappointment since my husband and I cook allot of good meals together. Another goal is to add running twice a week. I used to run years ago and had some issues with knees so have to add the mileage slower than before-grr!
Okay, today is the first day I am going to knock off an additional 150 calories. If am going to change my spark goal and eat more veggies instead of fruit to help with my goal! Wish me luck! Good luck to all in this challenge!!!!!

I started eating clean last month and have been doing well. I am now at about 90-95% clean (still have some white pasta, white rice, and some canned foods in the cupboards...). My goal for April will be to get to 100% clean-eating.
I have been clean eating close to 100% since the end of December. What I need to do now is make my portion sizes smaller. I eat 6 meals a day, but the portions need to come down some in size. My goal is to consistently knock off 150 calories per day. this is going to be hard for me, but I am up for the challenge!!!!
Been thinking about this since I found this team earlier this week. A few years ago I married a middle aged set in his ways long haul truck driver: fast, fried, cured cover his foods pretty well and I have no desire to change his ways only mine. So my challenge will be to wipe out my consumption of cured meats like bacon. I decided on that because I think that besides being a major weakness of mine it is something that triggers my wanting to eat other garbage foods and to overeat in general. Ghislaine
During the week, I am generally ok; but weekends are the absolute TOUGHEST for me to eat clean! My motivation seems to go straight out the window!
My goal is to eat 100% clean on Saturdays...no late night pizza!! Its going to be difficult (i'm a college student!!), but isnt that the definition of a challenge? I was thinking of allowing myself one non-clean treat on Saturdays, but I think its just best to avoid it in general...once I have one thing, its so much easier to have one more...

I am issuing the firsst challenge to clean eating!
April's challenge will be to set a goal for you to follow and at the end of april whoever accomplishes their clean eating goal will win!
