You have heard of progressive dinners? Well this is a progressive exercise challenge. I will post the first exercise. The next person does that exercise and then posts a new one. The following person does that exercise and posts another one. It continues in that way.
A couple of options:
If you cannot do the exercise listed, modify it to your needs.
If the exercise requires dumb bells and you do not have them, use cans of food, or do it without weights.
If you can, post a link to a SP demonstration of the exercise, if it is something others may not know, like a bird dog, or cobra etc.
