#1, I read how to do bird dogs, and I thought, wow, that's easy. I was so wrong. It took me about 5 tries to figure out how to balance and then I felt I did not do them right, so I started over. After doing 10 (I think correctly), I was breathing heavy and a bit hot. I like this idea!
#2, Coming up with an exercise for someone else to do is harder that I thought. Maybe because I'm new, so forgive me if Jumping Jacks are dumb. I'm looking forward to seeing what everyone else comes up with. I'm VERY new at yoga moves.

Begin on hands and knees, hand directly under shoulders, knees under hips and back straight, abs tight. Slowly raise right arm and left leg up until level with the body, holding your balance and keeping torso tight. Lower back down and repeat with the left arm and right leg. Take your time--this exercise will challenge your balance!
You have heard of progressive dinners? Well this is a progressive exercise challenge. I will post the first exercise. The next person does that exercise and then posts a new one. The following person does that exercise and posts another one. It continues in that way. A couple of options: If you cannot do the exercise listed, modify it to your needs. If the exercise requires dumb bells and you do not have them, use cans of food, or do it without weights. If you can, post a link to a SP demonstration of the exercise, if it is something others may not know, like a bird dog, or cobra etc. Have fun.
