Up to 4 servings of brown rice, whole wheat bread, whole wheat couscous, sweet potato if I feel adventurous.
6 servings Cut up fruit and veggies
6 sources of protein:
At least one cup of all natural, strained yogurt (I can't get Greek yogurt here so I use strained to up the protein content)
Sometimes half a cup of cottage cheese also.
Left over meats I roasted over the weekend.
I'm new to clean eating and am working on getting my daily cooler together. What kind of foods do you typically put in your cooler? TIA!
