I use the Whole Foods website & their iPhone app a lot! They have a ton of great recipes and with the app you can search based on the ingredients you have on hand.

Hi,

I must agree with the other members. I own Tosca Reno's book The Eat Clean Diet Cookbook and I like to try at least 2 recipes a week. I love it and so does my 6 year old nephew(that shocked me because he usually only wants rice krispies or french fries and ketchup). I also subscribe to Clean Eating Magazine and I can not say enough good things about it. I make at least 5 recipes from the magazine every week. I have saved a ton of money in the supermarket as well.

I just bought the Eat-Clean Diet Cookbook by Tosca Reno. It's a beautiful cook book with fabulous photos and good recipes and tips. Does anyone make yogurt cheese? It's a great substitute for sour cream in dips!
I will share it if anyone is interested! Have a great day!

I buy Clean Eating every now and then. I love the recipes. I have to confess that I have been off course for a few weeks now. I want to get back on track starting today. I've been feeling tired and sickly and depressed and I think there's a good chance that it's because I re introduced a lot of bad foods into my diet, i.e., fat and sugars that are making me feel this way. I also stopped walking for a week because my son and his wife were visiting and it was raining. So, hopefully, I'll get back in the game...more than you asked for in this topic.

I subscribe to oxygen magazine. That's where I first heard about clean eating. I started eating that way in April of this year and went from 130 to 115 in 3 weeks. It's my favorite fitness magazine and has lots of great clean eating recipes and tips!

Clean Eating magazine is the best investment I have made. I also use a lot of recipes out of the Eat Clean Diet for Family and Kids.
