Sounds like a great recipe. I'll have to buy some protein powder ... my nutrition tracking often comes up short on protein even though I am not a vegetarian.
I love McCann's Irish Oatmeal. It is so good. I just plain love oatmeal .. except the instant kind.
When I started my lifestyle change journey two years ago with a Weight Watcher's point counting diet, I learned to eat breakfast for the first time in my life. Just the thought of the oatmeal I would consume for breakfast kept my on my strict diet in the evening and made leap out of bed in the morning.
Sound weird, I know, but I just love oatmeal. I like McCann's because it yields a lot more food than Quaker.
