I count my calories and use the nutrition tracker. I try hard to stay within the range. I'd like to stay closer to the bottom of the range but often I just make it under the top. That's because I do a lot of physical activity like walking and working out at the gym. I try to eat mostly clean foods. I banished junk foods from my life some time ago.

I'm trying to eat 1500 calories a day. I eat mostly clean foods. However, even though I eat a snack between meals, i am still hungry. I am finding that the key for me is to keep tracking my calories.

Definitely! I try to stay under 1400 calories right now. If you are hungry a lot, are you eating enough for the workouts that you are doing? If so, re-evaluate the types of foods you are eating and how soon before or after a workout?
What is your typical daily menu and your activity level?

Do any of you count calories even while eating clean? What are you calorie ranges? I am eating MOSTLY clean and I find that I am hungry a lot- I am eating about 1800 calories a day.
