I count my calories and use the nutrition tracker. I try hard to stay within the range. I'd like to stay closer to the bottom of the range but often I just make it under the top. That's because I do a lot of physical activity like walking and working out at the gym. I try to eat mostly clean foods. I banished junk foods from my life some time ago.

Definitely! I try to stay under 1400 calories right now. If you are hungry a lot, are you eating enough for the workouts that you are doing? If so, re-evaluate the types of foods you are eating and how soon before or after a workout?
