Last night i played Mario Tennis for 60 minutes although i should have got more into it for calorie burning i was tired. i do plan though on turning in 8 hours of exercise this week which means i only have roughly 6 hours to go, so thats VERY doable! :)

I'm 10 hours away from making my 100 Hours of Exercise which gets me a Charm at TOPS for recognition of that and I was told that i also have a certificate waiting for me for my first 10 pounds off! I cant wait to receive them and the only reason i dont have my certificate now is because i was gone at the concert but ill be back at tops next week! Thursday was the first tops meeting i have missed in almost a year! That is commitment people! :)

Well, I started my new "job" today - I'm volonteering at an Equine Therapy center that is next door to my house. I walked a bunch leading the horses and helping stabilize the kids. Lots of fun, but I am totally exhausted. I've got to get a pedometer to see how much I walk!

My leg is still on the mend, still,,,can't workout like I'm so used to doing but I'm looking at the positive side of things and trying to hold it together. I'm back to work and that's a plus so it's just one day at a time for me right now. I'm going to start up my yoga again to try to loosen up from all the bed rest and ease myself back into the swing of things. Not used to being so still all the time,,,it's driving me crazy!!!!

Hi all..

Thought id get this moving again.. (im bored and filling in time b4 i get the kids from school)...

Ive done around 30mins walking a day, each day doing the school run (there and back x2)
And after school today were going up town, so will be doing more walking..

This weekend we as a family are going on a walk, so im quite looking forward to that..

I'm going back to work tonight for the first time in 2 weeks so that will be 150 minutes of heavy cleaning and a lot of walking which I haven't been able to do much of during this time. The doc cut my leg open and put a drain in a few days ago and it helped a great deal. Had it taken out yesterday so hopefully things will get back to normal. I still can't exercise like I so badly want to but I'm just thankful to be back on my feet again. emoticon

I've been out of the loop sort of speak for the last 4 days. I have a staff infection in my right leg and it's killing me! Hard to even walk but I go to the doc again today so hopefully I will be getting better soon and get back into the groove.
I'm figuring she will probably want to drain the infection which is scaring me to death since it is so close to my groin and it's so painful to have done, sometimes I think I'd just assume die then have it drained but I know thats just crazy to think, so everybody wish me luck today and say a little prayer that I don't have to suffer very much :)

What else do you have to do? Lifes to short!

ive done alot of exercise while watching tv, its very motivational and makes the time fly by fast sometimes.

I've also made a rule that I must be doing Something while I am watching television. Usually it's ST exercises with my 5-lb weights, or crunches. Every once in a while I do leg exercises too.

im a limited to a point as to what i can do due to an injury right now but im still findin gother ways to exercise and feeling good about it. :)

at least 3 miles a day, somehow someway, and yoga 4X a week.

this is my bare minimum, very achievable for me and it's starting to pay off!

I have to say, the last 5 day's have been awesome. I've lost 3 pounds. I have been wearing my pedometer and getting in no less than 10,000 steps a day (Sunday I got 19,463)yep:)
I've been working out on a regular basis and today I started strength training again,,,which I love to do,,cardio is my weakness. I even did that today as well, which I normally don't on nights I have to work like tonight but I was on a roll so I figuared what the hey. Starting to get my "make it happen" vibe back and it feels oh so good!!!!!!

What else do you have to do? Lifes to short!

wow girl u just laid it all out for us, i love your honesty!

well yesterday i did 75 minutes of exercise, today 20 minutes, last week i did tons of leg and arm exercises and did 15 hours between last monday and thursday. I think hurrying up to get that last 15 hours in for the contest im in through TOPS really boosted me because i have exercised every day except friday and i actually would have if i didnt have to take a friend to work, so in the end my mind set was working out every day and it still is. I am so determined to stick to regular workouts and i feel better physically doing this! :)

Today was a good day. By the end of the night I will have burned almost 1400 calories. I have 3 hours of heavy cleaning to do at my night job but only tracked 2 and 1/2, just incase I get done early, which I probably won't but I always track 2 and 1/2,,,you never know. I've only eaten under 1,100 calories. It's amazing how if you eat the right food how much you actually eat. I know I should get more calories then that but I can honestly say,,,,I'm stuffed! Today I also started to drink vegetable juice and it sucks royally! I drank 12oz of the nasty,,,s,,stuff because I don't feel like I get enough vegetables in my diet. It has absolutely no fat. Just like a few years ago when I made the switch from Dr.Pepper to diet coke,,I figure I will grow to like it just the same. So that is how my day went,,,,pretty damn good if you ask me. The big challenge will be this weekend,,,Labor day! Me and my hubby are taking off Sunday for a camping trip and coming back Wensday morning. Mike's hard lemonade here I come! I told my hubby the other night,,let's keep it simple,,,eat light,,,did he listen??? Heckfire no! What a bunghole! He's got a 2 page grocery list made out with all kinds of stuff on it from macaroni salad and steak to ribs and bacon and eggs! Oh,,let's not forget the pringles and cheese dip! We are going canoeing, I've never done that before so that will be fun,,,I'll make him do all the paddling for punishment for bringing all the food. Anywho,,today was a great day that I'm very proud of, just wanted to share it with you. Have a good evening team!!!!

this is the best group!
I'm taking it easy today. Have a 7pm aquarobics class, so i'm just thinking to go to the gym early and do some elliptical before class to burn calories (not lucky enough to have one at my house! THAT's going to be GREAT in the winter!) I'm looking forward to trying tonights workout with my HR monitor! So far it's been a great learning experience! None of the exercises I've done have matched up with the calories burned that SP says in the fitness tracker. Such a great purchase!

Workouts have been good. I got a "new used" elliptical trainer the other day, it's pretty cool. I've been playing with it alot. I need to start tracking my workouts and food intake on here, I've kinda slacked off on that. Gotta get with the program!!!! I took kick boxing a few years ago and loved it! Sooo cool!! Speaking of kicking butt,,,,90 minutes Danielle,,,dang girl, your getting hard core on us! LOL! Have a great weekend lady's,,,stay strong and remember,,,we can do this!!!!!!!
