I started at Sparkpeople on January 8, 2007 and have been walking 3 miles/ 5 x's per week and counting calories. Started at 260 and have lost 55 pounds. I still count calories but my consistency as far as exercise has slumped. I walk my son to the sitters from work and stopped for the cold weather. I have started on an exercise bike in the evenings so hopefully I will be reporting a loss soon. I can say that even though my weight has been stuck since Christmas I have gone down a dress size. 22W to 16W and have been enjoying getting the new clothes.
