3/25 - I somehow managed to fall asleep at 7:30 and slept all night. I usually exercise at 8 or so once the boy is in bed. I must have been tired.

On your spark page when you go to choose an avatar in the right hand corner it will ask you if you want to use a spark one.

It's great to hit marks like that. Especially 10 pounds. Congrats. Good to get the house clean too. I love when people come for that reason.

Aww thats always fun! I love when hubby participates in exercise!!! I hit the 10 pound mark today!!! YAY! 30 minutes on the elliptical today and some serious cleaning of the apartment =) Mother in law came today! I was going to ask you, how do you get the "I lost __ pounds with spark people" things? i looked but i couldnt find them! Thanks and congrats again! Sounds like you had a great day!

3/13/08 - Walking 19 miles per hour 50 minutes.
It was 60 here today and sunny. After dinner and bathtime walked my son and dog around town. Everyone was out this evening and I got hubby to go too.
