I did the lower body video scheduled for today. I also completed the 2nd challenge lower body video. I need to work on my balance!!!

I completed the lower body band workout video for today. For cardio I went on a run/walk with my husband for 30 minutes.

I did the video for today, updated my Spark page, and did a cumulative of 30 minutes of cardio--according to my pedometer, I've walked almost 4 miles today.

There is a bootcamp starting later this week. Instead of me thinking up a challenge for us to do, lets do that one, and post comments about it here.
