I completed the challenge Nancy. 50 min. of cardio today! Any idea how we can get other in the group to join in?


I challenge everyone to do some type of crunches tomorrow. If you can't do crunches, do some other core exercise. Any takers?

Ok, got in my arm exercises. I did a few things with the resistance band. I usually lift weights, so did something just a little different today:)

Got in a little over 6 mile run. The weather was great - I got out right at sunrise and loved it!

Jeneal, I've been running for about 3 years. I walked before I started running. I never, ever thought I would run a mile, let alone 10 (my longest run).

I challenge everyone to get in at least 30 minutes of cardio tomorrow - raking leaves counts, so we can do it!

Nancy, I think that here I thought we could give each other a challenge. For instance since you are planning to run six miles and do resistance exercise. You might challenge the rest of the team to join you in getting a certain amount of cardio done today or do some resistance exercises.

I'm doing strength training today. I challenge everyone to do at least two sets of arm exercises.

Come back and tell us what you did?

Not sure what you have in mind. My plan for tomorrow is to get in a run at 8 a.m. as soon as the sun rises. I'm planning on a six mile run and also to do some resistance band exercises. What does everyone else have planned for tomorrow?
