Nancy, I think that here I thought we could give each other a challenge. For instance since you are planning to run six miles and do resistance exercise. You might challenge the rest of the team to join you in getting a certain amount of cardio done today or do some resistance exercises.
I'm doing strength training today. I challenge everyone to do at least two sets of arm exercises.
