Today I ate a small portion of leftover chicken, okra and couscous.

Bowfles for 30 minutes
healthy breakfast, lunch and snack (chewing gum right now) have and increadible urge to EAT :(

I have been working in my yard. One of the brothers from my church came over and scalped the weeds from my yard and brought over some dirt to fill up the holes in my yard and I raked some grass over that so the rain will soaked that in the ground. worked outside for 130 fitness minutes. emoticon

I ran 6.06 miles this morning. It was truly beautiful. Our fall colors are at peak - I'm always in total awe of God's Creation!

I went out to lunch with some friends and resisted ordering something with a lot of fat and calories. I ordered the tilapia and a salad with low fat dressing on the side. It was yummy and I wasn't hungry until dinner.

Did you stay in calorie range? Get a good report from the doctor? Keep your sugar level down? Eat the required servings of fruits and veggies? It doesn't matter what - just share what you accomplished.
