Today I ate a small portion of leftover chicken, okra and couscous.

Bowfles for 30 minutes
healthy breakfast, lunch and snack (chewing gum right now) have and increadible urge to EAT :(

I have been working in my yard. One of the brothers from my church came over and scalped the weeds from my yard and brought over some dirt to fill up the holes in my yard and I raked some grass over that so the rain will soaked that in the ground. worked outside for 130 fitness minutes.emoticon

I went to my yoga class today. In spite of trying to get my kids together (the usual running around) I'm still tingling all over. I should sleep well tonight...

I went out to lunch with some friends and resisted ordering something with a lot of fat and calories. I ordered the tilapia and a salad with low fat dressing on the side. It was yummy and I wasn't hungry until dinner.
