My goal or desire, is to get down to 200 by the time my daughter visits on May 22. She has not seen me since I weighed close to 250, so I hope she will be surprised! Beyond that, we'll see what God has in mind. My hope is to be down a full fifty pounds by my sparkversary on June 21. That's only about 10 more pounds. I will keep working on it and with the help of the Lord and sparkie, it will happen!

Ultimate goal is to lose 35 lbs. Today I started a workout program designed by me :) Treadmill - 3 days a week Bowflex - 3 days a week for 30 minutes and getting back to healthy eating - no more boredom or emotion eating (I have stocked up on gum)
I plan on being at goal weight by Christmas. Hope you will join me.

For next week to continue with my cardio - at least 5 hours a week and to strength train 4 times a week.
For next month, to get in something each day. My daughter and granddaughter will be here for a little over 2 weeks and I know realistically that I won't be able to put as much into my fitness minutes. I want to try mall walking with her and the baby or something.
For the rest of the year to stay the course with my cardio and to increase my weights and reps with my strength training.
