My exercise for today was first off playing the organ at church. This evening I had a work shift at the group home. I took an individual out for a walk. She was in a wheelchair therefore my walk a really good workout. As I walked by a park I decided to take a couple of minutes to go on the swing - I like to feel young again when I take time out to swing myself on a swing.
