Lost 1/4LB this week.

Slowed down on the water, must mark each glass and half glass.

Exercise is doing well, may be able to add back some of my old program.

Making ME time to go to the YMCA and get back on the horse with my fitness work.

Long-term Goal: To overcome my hesitation and stay focused long enough no matter what happens in my life.

Medium-Term Goal: Reaching my goal 5% at a time.

*30 min Exercise (and work my way up) 4 times/wk

I am willing to give it a shot but will not be starting until after next weekend. I leave tomarrow for a week long 300 mile bike ride and do not want to take on new challenges until that is all said and done. Hope you are all doing well. :)

What can and/or will you do, by Labor Day (Sept. 6)?

How much weight can you lose?

Will you drink your water daily?

How much exercise each day?

Whatever you want to work on for this length of time.

Let's see what we can do in the 48-49 days until then.
