Prepare for awards dinner tomorrow night by starting in the morning. Shower, wash and style hair. Meanwhile start laundry. Check hair............probably needs help staying in style.

Have a reasonable snack...........don't go overboard if trouble with hair. Have plenty of time to fight with hair or start over.

I challenge myself to stay on track nutritionally today - to make two good days in a row. And I challenge myself to exercise at least 30 minutes today! I challenge myself to find the inner motivation that has been so elusive the past few months!

I am going to hold of on this until next month as I am not game for any more challenges this month only one goal in mind and that is the 300 mile bike ride the end of the month. After that I will make small goals. :)

Post what you are going to do or did do to improve yourself or become more healthy today.

It can be...

Get more sleep
Exercise x amount of minutes
Exercise x amount of reps on strength exercise
Get x amount of water in
Stay within calorie range
Get x amount of fruits/veggies

Whatever it takes, we can do it and make an extra effort to become more healthier.
