Slowly trying to get back into the swing of things!! Today I did 16 minutes on a bike!

Well with the new 100 day challenge beginning tomorrow, I'll beging to post over there I guess. No workout yesterday for me.

This week I got in 1 day of 10 minutes of swimming but the rest of the time I was sleeping to fight off an upper respiratory infection. Hopefully next week I will be back on track!

Thursday 30 minutes incline class, friday 20 minute walk on track, saturday 60 minute walk around lake, sunday 30 minute cross country skiing, monday 15 minute walk on track, tuesday nada have a crappy cold so will be takeing a break!

emoticon When am I going to start feeling better! Is it a cold? Allergies? or what is it! I have been fighting with this for 3 weeks and it is driving me nuts. It has to be allergies because I have it every winter all winter long!

Ugg at any rate I hit the gym today and did 10 minutes walking the track, 20 minutes on the expresso bike, 30 minute spin class, and 45 minutes of rowing! This is hopefully my hard core week but may still be easy week depending on how I am feeling!

I'll go first I guess.

3-1 I did 30 minutes on mywii using a Jillian Michael's game, burnt 193 calories. THen did my wii fit plus for 43 minutes and burnt another 213 calories. Total burnt today 1hr. 13 min, 406 calories.

Later that evening -walked on my treadmill for 80 minutes for 420 calories burnt which put my total of the dayto 2hr 33 min and 826 calories burnt.
