It is suggested that Strength Training be done with a day of rest in between. So that our muscles can recover and to avoid injuries. Injuries that will only set us back some. SP has many strength training 10-15 min videos we can do. Lets use them! Losing fat is great but we also have to tone our bodies.
Let's do this at least 3-4 times a week, preferable with 1-2 days of rest in between.
