30 mins Zumba Tone

Long-term Goal: To overcome my hesitation and stay focused long enough no matter what happens in my life.

Medium-Term Goal: Reaching my goal 5% at a time.

Short-Term Goal:
*Drink my water daily
*30 min Exercise (and work my way up) 4 times/wk

Pump it UP class at the YMCA

53 mins burned 350 calories

first time taking class and it was CHALLENGING. WOW, I was about to drop but it was fun.

Strength Training

It is suggested that Strength Training be done with a day of rest in between. So that our muscles can recover and to avoid injuries. Injuries that will only set us back some. SP has many strength training 10-15 min videos we can do. Lets use them! Losing fat is great but we also have to tone our bodies.

Let's do this at least 3-4 times a week, preferable with 1-2 days of rest in between.

Come here and tell us what you did and how much of it.
