Today was a great day 10 min warm up walking track, 20 minutes expresso bike, 30 minutes spinning, 50 minutes of rowing!

1 hour at the YMCA. Doing the elliptical and stationary bike. According tomy HRM watch I burned 435 calories.

No cardio this weekend! unless you count shopping and chasing after a toddler and 3 yr old! But will be right back at it starting tomorrow hopefully!

PS yesi I was not necessarily full of energy, but I did sleep like a baby and went to bed way earlier then normal.

Saturday 20 minutes swimming, Sunday 20 minutes running then an hour walk outside, monday 45 minute bike class, tuesday 45 minute cable class and then 45 minute walk outside, wednesday 2 hours cycle, Thursday 45 minutes rowing 45 minute strength class, and Friday 45 minutes cycle. That was my crazy week! Today was an off day.

Although I wanted to go to the gym I ended up takeing today off. Still have a sinuous/tension headache. Am still dizzy at times and nauseous. So the best thing to do is relax in hopes that it will be better tomorrow.

That is awesome. You can just share here what you do whenever you do it. Our being active may just rub off on other members and they may just get motivated to get up and start moving. I'm getting my Zumba tonight so i'll be posting later

This was already my goal. Tuesday is the only day this week so far I have not gotten any true cardio in, but I did take a cable/strength class and usually they work you hard enough that you are getting a little cardio from that too.

In this journey to health it has been said that for good results we need both Cardio and Strength Training. With Cardio we burn fat and calories and with Strength we build muscle. One goes with the other.

So let's do it team. Even if 10 mins a day of Cardio. It is a start. It is better than nothing.

Let's use this thread to share how much cardio we do and what activity we did. Let's stay accountable. WE CAN DO THIS!!!
